For years, he believed that the only way to succeed was to keep moving. But he discovered that the most productive thing you can do for your career and your life is to stop.
He founded Errant Odyssey because he realized that 'Meaningful Travel' isn't just a hobby; for many professionals, it’s a necessity for survival. Having navigated his own sabbatical, he saw the gap: plenty of people want to step away, but they are paralyzed by the 'How.'
